The last twelve months represented a special year for Constructor Capital, with our team increasing in strategic roles and our portfolio companies reaching significant milestones. In 2025, we talked with over 200 startup founders, and supported our 27 Porftolio companies.
The successful expansion of our operations to the next level is now possible thanks to the recent growth of our team. We are pleased to welcome our new CFO, Alexander Gromov, Associate Vitaly Sirous, Executive Assistant Nina Pertaia and Head of Marketing, Claudio Meireles, to continue our successful investments.
We have visited over 50 Universities and TTO’s across Europe, US and MENA, increasing our sourcing channels to back founders from Lab to Market faster and with higher conviction.
In 2025 our team has visited over 15 conferences across Europe, US and MENA, with our General Partner Marie Lepske taking the stage in Paris at Future of Computing Conference, our Managing Partner Matthias Winter taking stage at Latitude59 and our General Partner Alex Fine taking a judge role at New England Summit in Boston among other conferences and events we participated at.

2026 starts with Constructor Capital taking part of the series A investment of Vitrealab, a Vienna-based deeptech company developing photonic integrated circuits for laser-based augmented reality display systems.
