Dr. Serg Bell is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and executive who has founded more than two dozen technology companies and venture funds, including Acronis, Parallels, and WebPros, with a combined valuation of over $10 billion. His academic and scientific credentials include a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering, a Ph.D. in Computer Science, over 350 USPTO patent filings, and an h-index of 50. Through Constructor Group, Dr. Bell has also championed and invested in scientific research and education worldwide.

Stanislav Protasov is a technology entrepreneur and co-founder and CTO of Acronis. With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, virtualization, and cloud computing, he has built engineering teams at Acronis and Acumatica. He holds more than 400 US patents and a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics. In 2022, he received the Cybersecurity Leaders Award from AiSP and the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore

Matthias Winter is a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent more than 20 years in Zurich and led the European Telecom Practice leadership team. He advised leading telecommunications companies on strategy, transformation, and growth. Before McKinsey, he was a Research Associate at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Information Management from EBS Universität

Marie Lepske is a venture investor specializing in quantum computing and advanced materials, with investment experience at Runa Capital. Before joining Constructor Capital, she served as VP of Business Development at Constructor Group. Her experience includes building strategic partnerships with universities and research institutions and identifying and supporting high-potential startups in next-generation computing

Oleg Melnikov is a technology executive and former Chief Technology Officer at Acronis, where he led strategy and innovation in cybersecurity and data protection. He has also held leadership positions at Runa Capital, Ingram Micro, and Parallels, working across international technology businesses and venture capital

Laurent Dedenis is President of Constructor Technology and co-founder of Chainstack, with over 25 years of experience leading teams at international technology companies. His career includes Microsoft Dynamics, Parallels, Acumatica, and Acronis. Laurent holds a Ph.D. in International Business Administration and an M.S. in Economics and Management

Dmitry Babichev is Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Constructor Group, as well as Head of Family Office at Arici.

He has over 20 years of experience in finance across a variety of sectors, including education, fintech, metals and mining, and pharmaceuticals. This knowledge is reflected in his proven experience in building and managing finance teams, securitization/funding platforms of consumer loans, and green field project execution.

Babichev holds a master’s degree in Financial Management from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
